My Story

My name is Daniela, but you can call me Dani :) 

Daniela Cadena is a visionary entrepreneur and business leader passionate about solving social challenges through innovative, profit-driven models. As Director of Corporate Development at Chiper, Latin America’s leading B2B e-commerce ecosystem for corner stores, Daniela has played a pivotal role in raising over $50M to date.

Beyond her corporate work, she is the founder of impactful ventures like the Lionheart Network and Conscious Kids, creating transformative experiences for women leaders and resources to nurture social-emotional intelligence in children. Previously, she led venture programs at Florida International University, securing over $10M in grants and launching 20+ incubators and accelerators.

A TEDx speaker and Global Shaper Fellow within the World Economic Forum, Daniela’s career spans collaborations with Google, Johnson & Johnson, and IDEO. With a Master’s in International Relations from IE Business School, she remains dedicated to empowering leaders and fostering innovation for global impact.
